Has your financial situation changed for the worse?  Are you being harassed by creditors?  Are you losing sleep worrying about money and debt?  We may be able to help.

Financial issues cause tremendous stress and shame for a lot of people.  The good news is, it doesn’t have to be that way.  You have rights.  You have options.

Your options may include:

  • Debt Settlement – When you retain us for debt settlement, we will discuss your situation with you, and attempt to negotiate with your creditors to settle your debts finally for less than the full amount due.
  • Chapter 7 Bankruptcy – In a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, we will file a petition outlining your financial situation, and asking that your debts be discharged.  Upon successful completion of the requirements for a Chapter 7, the Bankruptcy Court will issue an Order, discharging your debts.  Read more about Chapter 7 Bankruptcy here.
  • Chapter 13 Bankruptcy – A Chapter 13 Bankruptcy involves a reorganization of your debt.  In a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, we will file a Petition outlining your financial situation, as well as a repayment plan over a period of up to five years.

In a small number of cases, your options may include Chapter 12 or Chapter 11 Bankruptcy.  We do not handle Chapter 12 or Chapter 11 cases at this time.  We will, however, work with you to help you find an attorney to handle your matter.

We want to review your financial situation with you, and we want you to have peace of mind.  To that end, we are committed to ensuring that you have a clear understanding of your rights and responsibilities concerning your debts.  Contact us  today to determine which option may be the best for your individual situation.  We will meet with you, review your situation, and discuss with you the options that may be right for you.  There is no charge for consultation.
